GET API and Tracking Page Incident

We observed the below incident during the period of 10:33 am, HKT - 11:08 am, HKT:
- Data loading Issue: tracking detail page in admin.aftership.com.
- GET API: 400 error while calling api.aftership.com/v4/trackings/:id endpoint

This was caused due to an upgrade at our end which was quickly rolled back and the system is back to normal.
