API services were impacted on Tuesday, October 25th, 2022 from 04:06 AM EDT, and having the API error issue. We have identified the issue and our Engineers fixed it on Tuesday, October 25th, 2022 from 04:25 AM EDT

1. AfterShip (Create Tracking, Notifications)
2. Postmen (Create label)
3. AfterShip Package Tracker

Our teams are aligned to re-send missed notifications.The notifications which were triggered between the impacted time and returned success message will be resent by our team.
