The affected period was 2025/10/05 05:15 PM EDT to 2025/10/05 06:05 PM EDT.

These products were affected:

AfterShip Tracking: Public EDD API error rate was greater than 30%, All user's Branded Tracking Pages were unavailable; Tracking notification delay were upto 30 mins during the incident period, the AEDD Shopify plugin was unavailable.

EDD to C: Error rate was more than 93%, it was almost completely unusable during that period.

Account: The user enters the Admin site but sees a blank screen, The Traffic store could not access the recommended products.

Returns: All the create/cancel/close Shopify return operations failed during that time.

Marketing: A small portion of the C-end components were unable to be displayed, A small portion of the marketing process was affected.
